this golf launch monitor works great
great experience. Delivered fast and works exactly as expected. Compared with Japanese YUPITERU Atlas Golf Swing Trainer GST-5 W and it’s much accurate than the Japanese model. Only improvement needed is to capture club speed when swing with a training aid without hitting the ball.

  3. Oliver

    Great Product
I am so glad that I decided to buy this particular launch monitor. It has very good accuracy and the remote feature adds an even better element to it. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to up their golf game.

  4. Noah

    Quality product
Great launch monitor at this price point. I’d love to see more accuracy with spin rate, as well as additional club data like swing path and attack angle. But overall this is a quality made product and will definitely help improve my game

  5. Liam

    Great product
Right out of the box, you can tell this is a well-made product. The size is perfect (especially with the carrying case), and it gives you all the feedback you need on the range. The sound and the remote are nice touches as well. I highly recommend it.

Swing Caddie claims that the SC300 launch monitor is accurate within 3% of the data provided for ball speed, within 5% accurate for data provided on carry distance and 3 yards in carry distance when measured in Target mode. The remaining data points are accurate within a very acceptable 3%.

Overall, I found the SC300 to be very accurate in the carry distance/ball speed department (similar to the SC200). The newer metrics were less accurate, but I still believe the launch angle was close enough that you could get some valuable data.
Does SC300 have practice swing mode? Yes, there is a practice swing (and practice mode). Plus, you can use it for practice both indoors and outdoors. Ideally, I would recommend using outside so you have enough distance to set up the device and can see your ball flight.

Go back to carry. Keep it on carry. And then when you switch it on here with your remote. You can your app that you download switches as well from total to carry yards as well.
Smash Factor is calculated by dividing the ball speed by the clubhead speed. For example, if you swing a driver with a clubhead speed of 100 mph and generate a ball speed of 150 mph, the Smash Factor is 1.50. So, the higher the Smash Factor, the more ball speed you are getting for a given clubhead speed.
You can now take practice swings without hitting the ball, and it will display your swing speed.

Both the launch monitor and the app work together to record the user’s swing statistics and store data for the last 100 shots. … With all-new spin rate statistics, the SC300 and My Swing Caddie app secure their Voice Caddie’s position at the forefront of portable launch monitor technology.

The Swing Caddie does a good job of giving you just the right amount of information to be useful. With this particular device, if it went into any more detail, I think it would make the user experience a bit more convoluted for the average person – and any less, and it would feel a little stripped down.

The SC200 Swing Caddie is currently the most inexpensive unit on the market, and I recently got a chance to test it out. While it doesn’t provide a wide variety of information, I found it surprisingly accurate and I think it’s an excellent value for golfers who are looking to purchase an entry-level launch monitor.
The SC200, on Voice Caddie’s website, advertises a +/- 3 percent tolerance in ball speed, and a +/- 5 percent tolerance on carry distance.
