Description
The MEVO+ Pro Package includes a multi-purpose golf launch monitor that can provide various data points related to your golf swing. To get the most accurate readings, it is important to place the MEVO+ in the correct location.
For face impact location, it is recommended to place the MEVO+ on the ground about 3-4 feet behind the ball and 1-2 feet to the side of the target line, facing towards the ball. This position allows the MEVO+ to accurately track the ball’s flight and capture data on the club’s face impact location at impact.
It is important to note that the MEVO+ uses doppler radar technology to track the ball and provide data on the club’s impact location. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that there are no obstacles or interference between the MEVO+ and the ball, as this can affect the accuracy of the data.
Additionally, it is recommended to use the included metallic dots on the face of the club to enhance the accuracy of the data on the club’s impact location. These dots reflect the radar signal and provide a more precise reading on the location of impact.

Once I put a halogen light in my hitting area it has worked well. I’ve validated the impact information using impact tape and it appears to be spot on. It is really convenient to not have to use impact tape and to have the historical record. It would just be nicer if I didn’t have to setup my halogen light to use it.

I was skeptical of what the accuracy of the face impact location data would be, however, it seems extremely accurate. I can see where my smash factor is being compromised right away,

Great value for the money. Takes a bit to figure out the optimal/most accurate way to set it up and there are some great third party YouTube videos I found very helpful. I primarily use it at my outside range, which does not have a I do not have a Trackman. I do not have an indoor simulator so I am unable to comment on those features and for outdoor use, this is a great product.

I love the item but at the moment it is not up and running . Keeps on saying the lighting is a problem. Also since I have had it my Mevo Plus is playing up . When I use the Mevo Plus with the E6 there is no problem . Alone it is a problem at the moment and as explained I have to use the E6 in my lessons .

I have used both sprays and impact tapes to check the impact locations in the past but I find the Mevo+ face impact location is much more convenient to use and provides more useful information. I have already improved my swings after a few sessions.
I do wish the lighting requirements can be lower for indoor use. The device does not seem to register any impact positions for the longer clubs (faster swings) under the normal indoor lighting suitable for most golf simulators.
