“no device connected” message from vcmanager when i try to update courses on my voice caddie g2 gps watch. why is this message displayed? watch is on.

This can happen when the charger/data cable is not seated correctly on the watch. This can also happens if either the pins on the cable or contacts is damage in some sort of way. Please contact support@voicecaddie.com to for further help.
