Vista Outdoor has entered an agreement to buy golf simulator maker Foresight Sports for $474 million. The sporting goods company’s cash purchase of Foresight Sports marks its biggest acquisition since it was spun off in 2015 from Orbital ATK, which Northrop Grumman bought for $7.8 billion in 2018.
