Are the golf courses included with mevo+ free forever, or is there extra expense later on? When will it be available for PC?

You can also purchase additional courses from E6 Connect (iOS or PC) or The Golf Club 2019 (PC) to play world-class golf courses so there are some options currently available for PC users!
