This product is great for collecting up multiple golf balls that was causing my husband backache before. Despite a few teething problems getting this product, I cannot fault the customer service who did everything in their power to put it right. As far as I’m concerned they have gone from zero to hero and we would have no hesitation in recommending this product. So much better than picking up each individual ball. So easy to use and the side separators make it easy to release the balls once the container is full. This is a terrific idea, far batter than anything else we have found on the market. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic product, cuts down collecting time.
Can be used on a green or even on the driving range with long grass. Or even in water..
Only down side there was no instructions on assembly. But i quick watch on YouTube, put together within 5 minutes
Handle can come off or on very easily. I would have liked to by the PRO 60 ball one, but with this i feel the item would be too heavy for comfortable use.

Really great device for easily retrieving golf balls, does exactly what it is designed to do
Regularly use the Kollectaball bagbuddy for picking up balls from the driving range; really makes the job a lot easier than all the other devices I have used. No more bending and picking up or pushing single balls onto a stick, all you do is roll the bag buddy along over the balls and it collects them as you go.
Device arrived as a kit and requires assembly, reasonably easy to do if you follow the instructions on the video on YouTube or Kollectaball website which you are instructed to do on a label on the packaging. My only criticism of the product is that an instruction sheet could have been included with the kit, but don’t let that put you off. The video on YouTube does show how to assemble the kit and it is not difficult.
