Shop Indoor Golf’s simulator flooring is a great option for those seeking the clean, professional look of a custom install – with the convenience of a done for you, easy to assemble kit.

It combines the best of two worlds: an integrated hitting strip embedded into the floor for full swing shots, surrounded by a putting green with four cups for dialing in your short game.

Not only does this look great, but it also conserves space by reducing the footprint of the hitting surface and maximizing the putting and chipping surface. That’s the beauty of SIGPRO’s golf simulator flooring.

Here’s How Much Space You Need

SkyTrak SIG10 Package Space Requirements

Generally speaking, the SkyTrak SIG10 Golf Simulator is able to fit into most spaces.

We recommend a space with dimensions of:

  • 12′ Width
  • 18′ Length

Make sure you can swing your club comfortably in your desired space, as you may need more than 9′ high ceilings if your swing requires it. You can always place your setup in a room or space that is larger than the recommended space requirements listed above.

The resources below will walk you through the assembly portion of your new frame and screen. Using the color coded pipe kit and connectors, set up your frame first then attach your black surround, impact screen, foam padding, and side barrier netting.

SkyTrak SIG10 Golf Simulator

This simulator package, put together by The Inner Golf Shop, uses the popular and affordable SkyTrak Launch Monitor. You ’d be hard- pressed to find a simulator plant of this kind of quality at this price point.
The SIG10 simulator offers one of the stylish balances between quality, affordability and performance that we ’ve seen. It’s also one of the most popular packages on the request.

At the time of jotting, it indeed comes with a free perk 12- month subscription to Golf Magazine.

    SkyTrak Sig10 Purchase
This system worked better than my expectations. It is a great simulator and was very impressed with the accuracy of the data. Playing courses is also very good and a perfect way to prepare for the golf season. Fantastic results for someone trapped in a very cold Wisconsin in the winter.

  3. Noah

Awesome place to buy a simulator!
I absolutely love my simulator…use it 5-6 times a week

  4. Liam

    My husband loves it!
So far it has been pretty good. I think I need a booster for my router in my basement where I have the simulator set up but we have been pleased. My husband has enjoyed being able to work on his swing and my grandson enjoys it too.

  5. Emma

Unbelievable, if you do it right.
First off, Shop Indoor Golf is wonderful. The customer service is a 20 out of 10. The slightest issue during the months-long shipment process (which is outside of their control) was addressed above expectations. During setup, they were incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke with had their own sim, or experience setting up those in their shop, and able to were able to provide firsthand insight to get things right.

The SkyTrak is great. If you buy the proper computer, the lag is virtually a non-issue. I went back and forth on this and the Mevo and opted for the Skytrak to save space and because I don’t intend to ever use this outside. I also didn’t want to put the stickers on the golf ball but that’s probably not a big deal to many. However, I can only use a ball so often before my grooves start to cut it. I would imagine I’d be buying stickers more than preferred if I went that way.

In terms of misreads, I rarely experience that, perhaps 1 out of 50. However, I will say that some of my friends experience it way more often. Many of them are not avid golfers, and that certainly plays into it. But I have a friend that is a 7 handicap and a low ball flight who does get way more misreads than I do. Nevertheless, I bought this as a training/fun device for myself, so it’s fine.

The enclosure itself is fantastic. Definitely a two-person job if you want to avoid delay and frustration, but I suppose it could be done alone. I think the hardest part was figuring out how to get the right tension on the screen so it’s not too wavy but not too tight as to where the ball will come back hot. Shop Indoor Golf gave me the tip to loosen the bolts on the structure in order to increase, or decrease, the tension which worked like a charm.

If I had one recommendation, I would suggest they provide a video on how to calibrate the standard throw projector that sits off in the corner so it fills the screen. That was a nightmare to figure out (three hours and a couple of glasses of bourbon to be exact). But at the end of the day, I got it right and now it’s a pleasure to use.

Ultimately, I would buy this again. I foresee this setup lasting me a long time and I have recommended it to many. Lastly, TGC2019 is a must. If you are spending the money on this sim, you might as well drop the extra 1K and get all of those courses. I rarely use the SkyTrak software because TGC 2019 is so good (as long as you have reliable WiFi). If your internet is sketchy you can have issues with your multiplayer rounds, but I have mine hardwired into the wall and only run the WiFi from the SkyTrak to the PC.

    Do it, buy it.

Skytrak directly measures ball speed, back spin, launch angle, side spin and side angle. … Skytrak then renders the flight path in 3D. Skytrak does not directly measure club path data but there are accessories for Skytrak that do. With Skytrak you can play anywhere, anytime.
SkyTrak is a camera-based launch monitor that uses high-speed images taken directly after impact that measure ball speed, spin, and launch angles. … Club head speed is the only club head measurement SkyTrak provides.

You’ll need to be running the SkyTrak app on a Windows or mobile device to use Advanced Analytics. … Advanced Analytics shows you all the shot data measures by your SkyTrak unit, in addition to calculated club data like Club Speed, Dynamic Loft, Spin Loft, Angle of Attack, Swing Path, Face-to-Path, and Face-to-Target.

The SkyTrak launch monitor tracks your shots using cameras. On impact, the launch monitor will take super high-speed images. The images are quickly fed back to SkyTrak’s software, which then works out datasets which includes everything from clubhead speed to back spin and carry distance.

Photometric launch monitors use high-speed cameras to capture and analyze the ball at impact. Then after a few algorithms here and a few equations there, it spits out your data. SkyTrak’s photometric technology has one main downside but overall is extremely accurate and reliable.

Skytrak is an extremely accurate launch monitor, which has seen major success in the golf simulation market. It has stacked up excellently in testing against real shots and industry leaders like Trackman. There are, however, several factors that reduce Skytrak’s accuracy and give you altered data.

SkyTrak is a photometric launch monitor, which means it uses high speed cameras to capture a series of images of the golf ball for a few feet right after impact. Ball speed, launch angle, backspin, side spin and side angle are directly measured, and other data points such as carry and total distance are estimated.

Skytrak is a photometric launch monitor while the Trackman uses Doppler radar (much more accurate). When I compared the two devices, the spin rate and also the launch angles were very similar. The Trackman does offer a lot more features but the Skytrak system was consistent and accurate enough.

I upgraded to the practice and improve package which gives bag mapping, wedge matrix and plenty more useful features. I also splashed out on true golf e6 game software, this gives me 15 courses to play. So yes it has improved my game, and is great for winter practice.

This is a golf launch monitor that uses Doppler Radar to track the actual flight of the ball from impact to where it lands. It uses two radars to track the whole shebang going on during your swing and contact.

The cost of a SkyTrak setup can vary depending on the specific components and accessories that you choose. Generally speaking, the basic package for a SkyTrak launch monitor starts around $1,999 and includes the SkyTrak device itself, a protective case, and a USB charging cable. However, you will also need to have a compatible device such as a PC, tablet, or smartphone to use with the SkyTrak.

In addition to the basic package, you may also want to consider adding accessories such as a hitting mat, net, or projector to create a more complete simulator setup. These additional items can add several hundred or even thousands of dollars to the cost of your SkyTrak setup, depending on your specific needs and preferences.

It’s best to consult with a SkyTrak dealer or retailer to determine the exact cost of the setup you’re interested in, as they can provide more detailed pricing information based on your individual requirements.

SkyTrak is a golf launch monitor that provides accurate data on ball flight, launch angle, spin rate, and more. The cost of using SkyTrak depends on the specific package or subscription plan you choose.

As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the prices for SkyTrak packages were as follows:

  • SkyTrak Launch Monitor: $1,995
  • Game Improvement Package: $2,499
  • Play & Improve Package: $3,499
  • Practice & Improve Package: $4,999

In addition to the initial purchase cost, SkyTrak requires a yearly subscription fee to access certain features, such as the ability to play simulated courses or use the driving range feature. As of September 2021, the subscription prices were as follows:

  • Basic Plan: $99 per year
  • Game Improvement Plan: $199 per year
