Over 600 Tour Pros Are Using The SuperSpeed Golf Training System!

As our bodies age it becomes increasingly difficult to create a powerful and consistent golf swing. We are in the market to help curb this trend by offering a simple and easy to use training system to help you regain range of motion, stability, and power. This will help you hit the ball farther, higher, and more consistently than you ever thought possible. Join many Champions Tour players who have found great success with the DIYGolf Simulator. Our team has been working with the concepts of Overspeed training for many years with our own private clients. We have found that using lighter weight clubs in specific training can help every golfer increase swing speed, maximize biomechanical efficiency, improve consistency in ball striking, and reduce many common swing flaws caused by inefficient sequencing.

With our senior population specifically, we have found that adding SuperSpeed Golf has had a great effect in helping players improve range of motion, stability, and power in their swings. This has helped some players add over 30 yards to their drives and begin to hit mid and long irons with confidence. We have spent years determining the optimal weighting breakdown of our SuperSpeed Golf Clubs and the most effective training protocols to maximize your progress. The result is the SuperSpeed Golf Senior Training System.

How The SuperSpeed Training System Works

This system is optimized for players who play a senior driver or ultralight shaft with an overall weight between 275 and 305 grams.

This set includes the Yellow (Superlight), Green (light), Blue (medium), weighted SuperSpeed Clubs. Players will swing all three clubs in a light to heavy progression during the overspeed training protocols.  Players typically gain on average 5% additional swing speed over the first 4-6 weeks and even more gains working through the subsequent training protocols.

Each session only takes about 10 minutes to complete. We recommend 3 training sessions DIYGolf Simulator per week with one rest day between sessions for optimal results.

    86 in a 75 Zone
After completing Week 2 with the Senior Set, I went out to the range today. My club speed has up from 75 to 86 mph and drives by 20 yards. Still have my short but straight drives. Sixteen months after reverse shoulder replacement I was worried about using the reverse exercises. Checked with the Orthopedist and got the go-ahead. So far, no problems. If I keep this up I may have to go back to the White Tees:)

    These absolutely work…
Enough said. So buy them if you want more speed. Quickly!

    Great Swing Tool!
I use these with our high school golf team. Seeing some solid improvements in swing speed. I started using them myself and love what I’m seeing in my own game.

The Superspeed Golf training system made our list for the best golf training aids for a reason…it really works! If you’re looking to add more distance to your entire game, this is one of the best devices for you. According to their website, over 600 Tour pros are using the SuperSpeed Golf training system!

While you shouldn’t expect overnight results, the Speed Stik can definitely be an important part of a speed-enhancement program. The Bullet Slider is one of the more effective lag trainers that I’ve used, and the adjustable magnet provides a good way to measure progress.

The SuperSpeed Golf Training System helps players increase swing speed through a concept called OverSpeedTraining. … Then, the player will move to the heavy club (Red), which is 5% heavier than their driver. Because of this speed reset, the player will swing this club at about 110-112 MPH on average.

On the same note as the power section, overspeed training improves speed through maximizing nervous system efficiency. … In fact, doing it, will increase your potential gains from overspeed training and decrease your risk of injury!

While the $199 price tag might be a little more than some want to spend, if you’re really looking to gain speed and efficiency, then SuperSpeed is worth the investment, and arguably the best training aid on the market for improving that aspect of your game.

According to the manufacturer, using the SuperSpeed Golf training system can add up to 30 yards to your drives. But it takes a lot of practise and patience – the initial training level lasts six weeks, to be exact.

More than 600 professionals have used the SuperSpeed system at one point or another, with Phil Mickelson serving as the most notable success story. Mickelson credits the system for helping his swing speed jump from 116 mph last season to 120 mph in 2019. Visit for more information.

Many people have taken note of Phil’s use of a product called SuperSpeed Golf. He’s been seen on TV warming up with their speed sticks before rounds for over a year now. Their system trains your body to swing faster using a concept called Overspeed training.

The good news is that you don’t need superhuman swing speed to play golf effectively. Small to moderate gains in speed can lead to tangible results. With players in the 0-5 handicap range, drivers are topping out at about 95 mph, and seven irons are about 75 mph.

Divide the ball speed by 1.5 to get the estimated swing speed for your drive. Alternatively, you can divide the carry distance by 2.3 to estimate the swing speed at impact, but the result will not be as accurate.

The average weight of a golf driver is around 0.73 pounds or 0.33 kilograms.
