ProTee Golf Simulator Ultimate Edition

NOTE: Make sure your floor is levelled.

The ProTee system can be enjoyed in a range of spaces.

The suggested minimum dimensions for a central set up for left and right hand use (Base Pack 2)
4.3m x 5.5m x 2.9m / 14′ x 18′ x 9.5′ internal finished room space.

It is advised when using putting sensors that the ball position is
approx 3m / 10′ from your impact screen which should be fixed 30cm / 12″ off a wall.

For systems not using putting sensors the minimum advised distance from ball to screen is 2.6m / 8.5′.

For room widths less than 4m / 13′ wide, it is likely you will have an off centre set up.
In this scenario, it is important to note that the Vertical launch camera
should have a distance of 1.7-2m / 5.5′-6.5′ from the ball.
This may mean the camera will be positioned behind the player.

NOTE: If you have 2 cameras plug one into the front of the computer and one on the back.

As the ProTee uses cameras to track the golf ball (white)
it is advised to avoid any materials which maybe highly reflective in the camera view.

It is suggested that any turf finish on the floor is of the PE fibre type it is suggested to avoid nylon type turfs.

NOTE: Always install 2 lights even when you do not have the putting sensors.
WARNING: Lights are 12v and require a 12v transformer!

The system lighting supplied are 12v and require your local current type to be converted to 12v via a transformer.

YOU COULD BLOW THE BULBS IF NO TRANSFORMER IS FITTED PRIOR TO INSTALL.

Your system requires the supplied lighting to be used as the bulb
type provides the required IR amount for your sensors to react correctly.

Suggested replacement bulbs are Par 36 Ar 111 50W 24/25 degree halogen (2950k or above).

Please ensure if other lighting is present especially LED, that these can be switched off independently
of the system lighting (LED can cause sensor malfunctions).

To ensure clarity of ball detection it is required that internal walls are blacked out within the simulator area.

Sunlight and Daylight, must be kept out of the simulator set up.

Ensure each light is positioned directly over the centre of each sensor mat.

If no putting sensors are used, both lights must still be installed and should be 1.15m / 45″ apart.
