Note: This info is about Netflix setup( not product related).just fyi-If you are planning to buy this product thinking[like me ;)] you can air-play Netflix videos from your iphone/ipad, please note that Netflix cannot be played since Netflix stopped air-play option.You will have to upgrade your plan, if you need to watch Netflix in TV. Perfect device. I bought it to connect my iPad mini 4 to Sony led. Let me tell you. There were no problems with it. Great clarity. No hassle in connecting. Just plug it and you can see iPad mirrored on screen. You can also charge the iPad simultaneously. There is a charging slot as well in this connector. That means you can charge and enjoy uninterrupted connectivity.

This piece did not work. The previous one did. Got a defective piece.
Did not work! The phone gets charged but the hdmi connection does not work. I tried using it on multiple devices and the screen does not get detected on any of those. I have another adapter I bought a year ago and that’s working fine except the sound gets glitched in between at random times. But at least the video gets detected, unlike the one I received today!

Delivery was prompt and the product quality is awesome. Works perfectly and makes life simple because i no longer have to connect my laptop to my LCD or projector to watch content either local or on the net. I just connect the iPad. However, the product could have been more reasonably priced, but after all it is an Apple accessory
