SIG12 Golf Simulator Flooring

Shop Indoor Golf’s simulator flooring is a great option for those seeking the clean, professional look of a custom install – with the convenience of a done for you, easy to assemble kit.

It combines the best of two worlds: an integrated hitting strip embedded into the floor for full swing shots, surrounded by a putting green with four cups for dialing in your short game.

Not only does this look great, but it also conserves space by reducing the footprint of the hitting surface and maximizing the putting and chipping surface. That’s the beauty of SIGPRO’s golf simulator flooring.

Here’s How Much Space You Need

SIG12 Studio Space Requirements

Generally speaking, the SIG12 Golf Simulator Studio is able to fit into most spaces.

We recommend a space with dimensions of:

  • 14′ Width
  • 20′ Length
  • 10′ Height

Make sure you can swing your club comfortably in your desired space, as you may need more than 10′ high ceilings if your swing requires it. You can always place your setup in a room or space that is larger than the recommended space requirements listed above.

10 reviews for SIG12 Golf Simulator Studio – Complete Package

  1. Olivia

    Overall Happy with Purchase
It came well boxed, and was fairly easy to assemble. The quality is good, and would recommend to other customers. * I ended up returning my floor mount projector cover, because I ended up hanging the projector from the ceiling. I had to pay for my own shipping back to the store, no label even provided, and have a 15% restocking fee on a brand new item. This is not a good customer experience, and make sure you do not have to return anything, for any reason.

  2. Oliver

    Love this net

Bought this to get some swings in while rehabbing a broken hand. Can’t believe how easy it is to set up and break down. 5 minutes . Net looks sturdy. Time will tell. Super happy I got this.

  3. Noah

    Excellent Practice Net

I live about 30 miles from the nearest driving range / course. Paired this net with a ball tray and mat. Allows me to hit a bucket every day.

  4. Liam

    A very good one

I initially bought one made from fabrics from a different vendor but returned it (it could topple in wind and collect water on the floor after rain). This GoSports one is made from nets and does not have these problems. After a couple of weeks I still like it very much. The only issue: when I hang the target using the 4 straps to the net wall, one of the straps easily broke by a ball. After I hang it just using the two top straps (allowing the target just hanging), it works better.

  5. Emma

    Great for real balls

Bought this so we could practice in the garage during the pnw rainy winter. Definitely get the extra net attachment if you have a fast ball speed or plan on using it a lot. Makes the net last much longer

  6. Alexander

    Excellent experience!

We have had our Sky Trak and swing bay screen for about 6 months and have been very pleased with the experience. Everything has worked as expected.

  7. Evelyn

    Excellent Purchase

Very happy with the purchase of my SkyTrak system. The install was very easy. I was scared at first but it actually was simple. I didn’t have to call for any help and I am not “Tech Savy” The unit has great graphics and it seems extremely accurate. Lots of additional display that will improve your game. SkyTrak will educate you on the game of golf. If you can spare the purchase it is def worth it.

  8. Henry

    Excellent service and product

Very helpful on questions of setup. We love it.

  9. Isabella

    Very nice package overall

This is an excellent package if you are looking for a launch monitor as well as the projector, screen, mat, etc.
Almost all pluses and very few minuses. I would prefer the SwingBay structure to be a little more robust as it sags in the middle due to the pressure from the screen being attached. The SkyTrak has a slight left bias but once you get it adjusted, it isn’t really a big deal. Other than that, this package is as good as it gets out there. I highly recommend it.

  10. Benjamin

    Outstanding product and company

I can’t say enough about how excellent the SkyTrak SwingBay Golf Simulator is but even more about what a fantastic experience I had with the folks at Rain Or Shine Golf. The staff there were extremely patient with my many questions and always very professional and honest. Making the decision to invest in a home simulator is expensive and can be very confusing with all of the options. Rain or Shine made me feel that they realized and appreciated how much money I am committing and that they wanted it to be as perfect as I did. The many videos relating to this product including setup and how to use are invaluable. The product itself works great and has been really fun to use since installed. I am very, very happy customer and I highly recommend Rain or Shine Golf to any and every avid golfer.

Golf simulators cost anywhere between $799 to $70,000. With such a wide range of costs, we will show you different options that fall into different price tiers so you can find the best bang for your buck.

That equates to $500 in daily revenue, or $150,000-$175,000 annual revenue per bay. Indoor golf simulators can create revenue for a variety of different businesses. For example, Golfzon simulators can be set up in a sports bar where customers can enjoy food, drinks and the big game while they play a few holes.

The largest golf centers we studied cost between $750,000 and $900,000 to open. 7 to 10 simulators were the norm for this group and the facilities were between 6,800 and 12,000 square feet. Simulator choices were typically high end, but a few went more in the mid-commercial range.

Golf impact screens can range anywhere from $250-$5,000 in cost. Most standalone screens will cost between $250-$1,000 depending on the quality and size of screen. While Screen & Enclosure systems, which include a hitting bay and framing system to attach the screen too, will cost between $2,500-$5,000.

The minimum golf simulator ceiling height is 8.5-9 feet, although, depending on your height and your golf swing, 10 feet is a much more comfortable option. You need to be able to swing fully and freely with no anxiety about hitting the ceiling.

Golf simulators are worth it. Professional golfers look to dial in their game and improve their numbers, golf clubs look to serve their members during the traditional off-season and consumer level models allow players of all skill levels to practice in their homes.

The short answer is yes. There is a ton of profit to be made from these simulators if you do it right. Although there will be large upfront costs to enter the business, you can make hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue depending on how much you charge per hour of use and a few other factors.

Here are a few ways that our golf simulator rental program will help increase your revenue: Hourly play: Our average rental program will generate between 900 to 1000 hours of play throughout the year. The average hourly rate is $28 to $35 per hour. Hours and rates will vary depending on location and venue.

How To Build a Golf Simulator
  1. Choose your golf simulator space.
  2. Purchase a launch monitor.
  3. Pick your golf simulation software.
  4. Choose your golf mat.
  5. Decide if you want to use a projector and screen.
If you have your simulator set up correctly and are using a high-quality mat – then your golf simulator should be very accurate! … But over an entire round, most golf simulators will provide you very accurate results.

Instead we’ll look at high and low costs in a table summary. So buying items individually (instead of a package deal which we recommend), the cost of a home golf simulator setup could vary from $808 with just the basic minimums, to $26,889 for a premium simulator with all extras.

For the serious golfer who is willing to invest time and money to improve their golf game, owning a home golf simulator can certainly be worth the money. There are many options on the market, ranging in price from a few hundred dollars to tens of thousands of dollars.

Our systems start at $5,999 and work their way up to $11,798 depending on sizes and inclusions. Customers can phone 0480 020 411, or visit 24-7. golf/golf/simulator-packages to find out more. HUGGETT SAYS: GolfSim Australia is the most outstanding golf simulator experience for any level of golfer.

The minimum space required to set up most golf simulators is 10’W x 10’L x 8.5’H. Things like player height and arm length can factor into how much space is required. If you are a shorter player, then you might be able to get away with a slightly shorter ceiling.
