No. The launch monitor doesn’t make a difference to which box you choose. The control box only works with the simulator software and not the launch monitor. Different simulator softwares (E6, TGC2019, Awesome Golf, etc) just use different profiles in the software to control it with the box. Some profiles are already setup and others have to be setup by the user due to screen resolutions and the functionaly of the sim software. But think of it this way; If your mouse and keyboard do it now, the Roxor Control Box will be able to do it as well but with the push of 1 button. (sometimes 2 depending on the scenerio)
