   Flightscope has helped my game ⛳️

   Great item. Has provided me with hours of fun, exercise and helped my game along the way. I’ve found the shot tracking to be accurate and brutally honest. I know the feeling of when I slice it, and sure enough so does the mevo+.

   Distances, for me are accurate. Sure I can occasionally push my 5 iron to 190 but realistically it’s a 170 if I swing it like I should, not out of my shoes. So distances become realistic and it’s made me rethink how far and which clubs I should be using during real golf.

   There’s a slight learning curve with how the mevo connects with apps (I use it on a iPad Pro) but after a while you learn that as long as you force quit other apps that are connected to the mevo you can change to another one. Makes sense.

   I also turn devices on in a sequence: mevo, iPad Pro and connect to mevo Wi-Fi, Apple TV, projector and once app is running turn on “screen mirroring” on iPad to Apple TV. Works every time.

   Both THE “Awesome golf app” and e6 golf work reliably with the Flightscope. I only use mine indoors. My indoor setup includes an iPad Pro, Apple TV, HD BenQ projector, small spotlight, hitting mat and a full size 9x12x5 indoor golf enclosure.

   What’s good practice? Playing virtual golf courses. Sure you can pound shots at the driving range, but the real advantage is playing virtual golf and moving around on the tee boxes. For a few months I played 18 holes with only a 5 iron and 8 iron. Now I’m very confident with both clubs.

   No doubt this has translated to better golf on the real course. Improved ball striking, tempo and course management for my game, anyway.

   If you have the time and space I’d highly recommend the Mevo+ ⛳️

I have also upgraded my software with the MEVO PLUS PRO to include the club path and face path angles (along with other data) + $800 . Protector for Flightscope was purchased separately from another vendor + $40.????????‍♂️

   Absolutely love it! I use for garage simulator!

   Before buying this item I did extensive research. I’m not one to make large purchases such as this on a whim and want to know what I’m getting into before doing so. Hope this review helps people who like me would like to set up a simulator in their garage for rainy days or to do winter leagues with friends.

   This item was extremely easy to use and set up. Wirelessly connect to iPhone via wifi, instructions are in box and easy to follow. It comes with stroke play and 5 free courses through e6 for iOS devices. Simply download app, make sure mevo plus is connected through wifi and start playing. At first I felt like distances were a little short on driver (10 yards or so) but realized I play on pretty dry courses where the ball rolls out a little more. Went to a range where I could test carry distances and found that the mevo plus was very accurate. It picks up slices, hooks, tops, and basically any mishit.

   I saw many reviews where people talk about putting and short chips not reading, but I’ve had almost no issues with this. I play in the short indoor mode (8’ ball flight, 8’ ball to mevo plus). If you follow the recommended set up with this, where full swings are from 8’ in front of mevo, and putts and chips are 7’ in front of mevo, it works almost every time. Now nothing is perfect and there have been a handful of mis reads, especially when this device is $2000 vs many other launch monitors on the market going for upwards of $10000. But I have also played on a simulator that cost over $50000 and it had misreads. Make sure if you plan on putting, make sure you follow set up instructions and have 16’ of flat surface with no gaps where unit can see ball entire roll.

   I love the device and have had no complaints. Anyone looking to have good accurate data and a simulator on a budget, this is your device!

   Outstanding Simulator

   I haven’t personally used any simulators that are meant to be accurate (I’ve used VR golf and “fun” simulators that help you out a lot) but it’s unbelievable how accurate this seems. Every time I have a shot that I know is left or right it shows exactly what I’d imagine happening.

   I use it outside about 8 feet away from the net. I use the little ball stickers and set it to “short indoor” mode and that seems to do well with the limited ball flight. I plug my phone into a computer monitor on a table to see the flight.

   It has read every single shot that it can see – this is out of thousands of shots. I hit off of a mat that is 4-5” above the monitor so if I have a terrible and flat shot it’s not flightscope’s fault that it doesn’t read.

   Between the Flightscope App, Flightscope Skills App, and the E6 app this has to be one of the best value simulators out there. Even at $2,000 I still feel like I got a great deal for the amount of time I’m going to spend using this.

   I’m hoping this lasts 5+ years for me. If it does before that it would probably taint my view of it but right now I could not recommend it more to others.

   Incredible product

   I have been using the mevo+ for a few weeks now and I am impressed. I have used the simulator and launch monitor indoors, outdoors at the range, and outdoors at the course. This product is accurate and very cool to allow you to play simulated golf. I find the product is accurate with the shot shape and the distance aspect. An example, while playing on an actual course, I used the monitor for my tee shot to show my friends. Not only did the shot shape match the tee shot exactly (I hit my tee shot straight on the fairway, and my buddy hit a slice), but I found the distance was extremely accurate. I use a GPS app that tells me how far I am standing from my last shot (actually measures from where I am standing when I swing my club to where I stand when I swing my next club), and when approaching my tee shot, the GPS app showed I was 268 yards from my tee shot with my 3 hybrid. The mevo+ showed I hit the ball 262 carry and total distance was 268.2. Incredibly accurate and reliable data. My only complaint is using the indoor simulator, I find the simulator doesn’t always pick up my putts and can be annoying having to hit a few balls before it finally reads it. However, i am still playing with settings to troubleshoot this issue and it doesn’t happen all of the time and is a very minor issue in my opinion. Great product for the price (as other launch monitors can run $10k, $20k, $40k, etc.)

   Great customer service

   Had a few issues setting up. Flightscope customer service is Top Notch. Set up a call and fixed the issue. Monitor provides good data in a indoor setting.

   Seems like a really great

   Seems like a really great launch monitor. I’ve used almost exclusively indoors on the short mode and readings all seem to be pretty accurate (this is the situation some people feel the Mevo+ can be finicky). It shows miss hits as I would expect them to play out. I have a natural fade that can turn into a slice on drives and this seems to pick all of that up accurately. I don’t have the titleist RCT balls, just the aluminum stickers that comes with the unit. I feel the longer the club, the more deviation in distance which is the only thing that could be improved. For example, I feel drives can be 15-20 yards short, 3 hybrid 10 yards, 5 iron 5 yards, etc. With that said, not much of an issue really, especially since the unit is only seeing the ball fly for 8 feet. Putting is the only type of shot that sometimes won’t register. I also don’t have a mat that runs more than 4.5 feet and I know you can greatly improve the readings for putting by adding a longer runway towards the net. It’s more expensive than the SC4 and Garmin r10 but it’s also much nicer. I think this is the best value unit out there. Certainly accurate and easy to use but also not nearly as expensive as top end units. It combines radar with camera which pretty much all other launch monitors are one or the other.

   Perfect!

   Awesome purchase. Can say nothing negative about this unit. Easy to set up, easy to use and loads of features / details. I’m using this only outdoors so far, opens up so many possibilities and way’s to track my swing / progress. Be the envy of your local driving range, go and buy this and start lowering your score. You won’t regret.

   My mevo plus

   So far so good it’s helped me improve my swing. It’s really easy to set up even for a non techie like me. The more I learn about it the better my practice sessions get. Going on a golf trip next week for 5 days of golf so we will see if it translates to the course. I have new irons so will see if the distances are good.
